- Securing any required permits (when not handled by MKG Express Inc)
3. Pricing & Payments
- Quotes are based on the information provided by the client
- Final pricing may vary if load details change
- All invoices must be paid in full per the agreed payment terms

4. Liability
MKG Express Inc is not liable for:
- Delays due to weather, road conditions, or legal restrictions
- Damages caused by improper loading (unless handled by our staff)
- Third-party handling or warehousing issues
All transportation is performed under applicable FMCSA and DOT regulations.

5. Cancellations & Delays
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee
- MKG Express Inc reserves the right to delay or cancel shipments due to safety concerns
